My family rented a storage unit here for the first time recently. When we arrived we were greeted with  a warm and friendly smile. We we got there they quickly located our account and was able to identify spatial challenges based on the size of the U-haul we arrived in, and subsequently explained the use of the free Mini Price moving truck. She remained courteous, attentive, engaged and patient throughout our visit. We could not be more impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills. This company truly made our family feel welcomed and at ease!

Excellent customer service! I won't mention names because I wouldn't want to leave anyone out and cause hurt feelings. I've only had the very best of service there and it's been a few times above and beyond their job description. They always give me a "courtesy" reminder call when my rent is due and are always pleasant to speak with. Anytime I've had to request a service call they've been right on top of it and are always offering to assist in any way. The girls there are very sweet and personable, and I enjoy my trips into the office. I appreciate their kindness and support their positions there. Keep up the good work and Thank you!!!

Best safe storage in Norfolk! Mini Price Storage is the best storage in Norfolk, they have very good deals, and I do recommend them even if you need storage for only a few months. I have been with them for more than 6 months now, and I am planning to continue with them. The staff is really helpful and smiley. The location of the storage is in the best place too!

My experience with Mini Price Storage has been fantastic...I have rented units from many of the other storage companies in the area and Mini Price Storage is a pleasure to deal with. My unit is clean, dry and well maintained. Brittani and Diane are always there with a smile and great attitude to assist me with any questions or needs. All of the staff have a customers are number one attitude and are always respectful and attentive. Having the office and conference room available for tenant use is a super perk and has saved me many hours of travel time. I have been at the facility for over a year and will continue to keep my unit at this location and I will continue to refer Mini Price Storage to anyone that I come in contact with who is looking to rent storage space.

The staff gave me and everyone that walked through the door their undivided attention. They have very excellent customer service. The grounds and facility are very clean and well kept. You do not have to supply a lock for your unit, they provide it for you. I have recommended Mini Price Storage to everyone I know that needed storage.

They can't be beat!!! After the disappointment of looking at another storage company, I decided to come to Mini Price Storage. What a fabulous experience. I was walked through every step of the renting process. When I came back with my husband to see that he liked the unit, we were again shown all available units, and thoroughly explained all aspects of renting. We were so impressed with the women at the front desk and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Mini Price. The facility is clean, secure, and has been an overall excellent experience.

Best customer service. Quick and knowledgeable staff clearly explained everything about the unit and features offered - without any up sell! Friendly, smiling faces every time I walk in and they are extremely polite. Safe, secure, and easy access—they provide you with a lock and each storage space is individually alarmed! The use of truck for move-in is a great help for those of us who only have cars—no need for multiple trips or renting one. This sealed the deal for me! Low prices and high quality with many services equals great value!

Feeling a little stressed about what I was going to do with a few pieces of furniture as my moving date was approaching, I happened to pull into the Mini Price Storage facility . It was quite a pleasant experience for me. I really was just going to see if it was open for starters (it was a Sunday) so I could find out some basics...prices, availability, and other concerns. Well, I was graciously greeted by a very kind lady named Katharine who proceeded to answer all my questions very respectfully and professionally. I was very impressed with the different packages and advantages that were offered...especially the use of a box truck on my moving day. Katherine handed me the information I requested and a business card and left feeling pretty good. I also noticed that both the office and the grounds of the facility were very neat and clean. Two days later I received a follow-up call from Katherine just to check with me and see if I had any more questions or concerns. And then just today, three days later, I went back and filled out the necessary paperwork to rent the storage space. Katherine was not there this time, but another employee, Amber, was most helpful and friendly. I was very pleased and thankful. I highly recommend for anyone checking into a storage facility, to check into Mini Price Storage. I believe it to be a very wise choice.

Couldn't Be Better! The staff at Mini Price Storage is knowledgeable and helpful. Courtney and Amber worked with me when I had little time to get a storage space and lots of questions. They made it as smooth a transaction as possible. The loan of the truck from the facility was easily accomplished and extremely helpful, as was the recommendation of a local crew to help with the moving, packing, and storing of big items. In addition, the property is clean, the storage areas secure, and I have been there after dark and felt no uncertainty about my safety or the safety of my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone, as they were recommended to me!

I needed a place to store some summer things..... The Mini Price Storage location is within 1 mile of my residence. The staff was wonderful, and I’ve had access to my belongings whenever needed. The level of service has been outstanding and the personnel are excellent. I would highly recommend Mini Price to EVERYONE!!!!

I would Recommend Mini Price Storage to anyone who needs a storage unit. The specials that were offered were definitely a plus. Also the move-in truck was great. Love the fact that climate controlled units are available.

We had a tragedy after we came home from vacation and many things in our apt. were destroyed. We were able to get a truck immediately from Mini Price Storage and salvage most of our things. Until we get a new apt. we have our things here and have been pleasantly surprised with the kindness and support we have received.
