The Norfolk Police and Fire Rescue Museum are two museums that sit together under one roof. It was originally created in 1919 and stands to detail the history of the police and fire rescue teams of Norfolk. They have free admission Thursdays and Fridays from 10 PM to 2 PM.

The Chrysler Museum of Art is open from Tuesdays to Sundays with free admission. This museum offers many events including glassblowing performances every month.

Fort Norfolk is the last of the 19 harbor-front forts authorized by George Washington in 1794. This fort is open every day of the week from 9 AM to 4 PM for self-guided tours.

The Armed Forces Memorial pays tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. This 160-foot monument with 20 bronze cast letters surrounding it recognizes American veterans who served in the American conflicts from the Revolutionary to Persian Gulf War.
