The grand prize winner will receive free rent on their current storage unit rental contract. If the winner is renting more than one unit, the free rent prize is only valid for one rental contract. The total value of the prize will not exceed $3,000. The start date for the free rent will be the first payment due after the drawing and will include 12 months of free rent from that date.
