This month, we would like to shine the spotlight on our very own Valerie P.
Valerie works at our 4300 W. Broad Street location in Richmond, VA. She has worked with us for over 14 years. She has stayed with us for so long because she sees the value of being on the Mini Price Storage team. We value our employees, and we want everyone to feel like a family. Valerie sees this and continues to build the Broad Street team into a stronger family to serve the Richmond, Virginia area.
When asked what her customers love most about Mini Price Storage, she had many answers. In addition to our free move-in trucks, which are always helpful for our customers, they value the security we can offer. “Customers are very impressed that each unit has its own individual alarm.” This, along with the FREE heavy-duty lock and two keys, really seal the deal for our customers. Our superior customer service is a cherry on top of all of this, according to her customers.
The Richmond area is special to Valerie because her family lives here, and her family is the most important thing to her.
