Every year the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore holds a 57-hour consecutive food and fund drive over the weekend before Thanksgiving. Our Hampton Roads team couldn’t wait to make a donation of their own. With several dozens of canned goods items added to their pot, the 25th Annual Mayflower Marathon Food and Fund Drive hosted by 106.9 The Fox and FM99 was a success! More than 840,000 nutritious meals will be distributed thanks to the community. If you would like to help their efforts, there are plenty of ways besides the Mayflower Marathon donation!
